Let’s make the road safe

You should easy to see we have new taxi sedan in town. Please focus your search on the dark green Taxi of Gamya. Besides their fleet of Toyota Limo (Vios sibling) or old Toyota Soluna just like other company would prefer, they also chose Nissan Sunny Neo. So what is special about them?

There is one thing actually. Nissan Sunny Neo, IMHO, supposed to be a middle class sedan compared to a low/entry level class sedan of Toyota Vios. Nissan have larger dimension, more spacious, and the most important thing is they have a luxury tyre.

A luxury 15″ alloy wheel each equipped with a Michelin 195/60/15. A kind of tyre you think would find on European imported car such as new Volvo of S40 or Audi A6 as a standard feature. I haven’t tried to use that taxi. But in Jakarta’s traffic, it was pleasant to see a taxi with a luxury specification. Even the luxurious taxi in Jakarta of Silver Bird fleet would have such luxury anymore. They have changed from a 1994 ex-Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) conference’s Nissan Cedric for 2nd class delegation to a new version of Nissan Cedric with down-spec and smaller tires.
